How do I connect with my partner?
In Keepsake, share your invite link or code with your partner. They can open the link or enter the code in the app to join your shared space. If a code no longer works, ask your partner for a fresh invite.
Is Keepsake free?
Yes. Free includes up to 100 shared spots, 5 photos per spot, and 3 Date Planner generations each month. Pro raises those limits to 250 spots, 20 photos, and 30 generations with two options each. See the full comparison.
Do we both need a Pro subscription?
One subscription gives both partners Pro access while actively paired. Unpairing does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. The subscriber must manage or cancel the subscription through their Apple account. Premium access inherited from a partner ends when the relationship is no longer actively paired. A subscriber’s own entitlement remains associated with their subscription account.
What happens if we unpair?
If you unpair, you are removed from the shared couple space and lose access to the memories and other shared content stored there. The remaining partner keeps access to that shared space and its content, and the space becomes unpaired until they connect with a partner again. If no members remain, the relationship space and its relationship-owned data are deleted. Content is not divided according to who created it. The departing partner does not keep access to previously created shared content.
Can I cancel my subscription or delete my account?
Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. You can delete your Keepsake account in the app’s Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Shared content can remain available to your remaining partner; when no members remain, the shared space and its relationship-owned data are deleted.
Does Keepsake track my partner’s live location?
No. Keepsake is a shared memory space, not a live location tracker. Its map shows saved places, and its Distance widget uses locations you choose to share.
Which phones and languages are supported?
Keepsake is available for iPhone, with 39 supported app languages. The website is currently in English.
How can I report abuse or a privacy concern?
Email support@keepsakecouples.com or use this form. Describe the issue without including passwords or other sensitive information. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our Terms. We aim to respond within one week.
